Yes! All of our crystals and stones are 100% natural, hand-selected and carefully polished to preserve their original beauty and energy.
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do. We offer basic customization such as size adjustments, material selection, and gift packaging. Feel free to contact us with your request via email.
3. How do I choose the right crystal for me?
Each crystal carries different energy and meaning. For example, amethyst is great for calming and meditation, while aquamarine supports healing and communication. You can choose based on your intention, or reach out to us for suggestions.
4. How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, or chemicals. Store your items in a pouch to prevent scratches. You may also cleanse your crystals regularly with sunlight or clear quartz.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, credit cards, and FPS (for Hong Kong customers). If you prefer another payment method, please contact us.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries and regions worldwide. A tracking number will be provided. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
7. How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom orders may require 5–7 days for processing before shipping.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Please note: custom-made items are non-returnable.
