Return Window

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned to us before any refund is processed.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products not caused by our error

  • Sale items (final sale)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, contact us with a photo and your order number.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging

We will replace or refund as appropriate.
